With scintillating dance performances, students of The Indian High School, Oud Metha Campus made their mark by winning the Classic International Dance Championship

Students from all over the UAE participated in this mega event and this competition was a hard nut to crack. They had to undergo a series of rounds conducted between September to December 2021, to make their way to the finale. Two of our students from the senior category deservedly advanced to the finals which took place on 21st January 2022, in The Theatre at Mall of Emirates and secured winning positions. 1st position in the senior category was won by Anushka Tandon of grade 9 J who performed a brilliant dance number on western hip hop and 2nd runner up position was won by Lavisha Changlani of grade 11 Arts with a contemporary dance performance. The winners were judged and felicitated by Mr. Dharmesh Yelande of Dance India Dance fame. The Indian High School, Oud Metha wishes the winners loads of success ahead and are proud of their accomplishments.
