Our Tennis Champions conquer the UAE Clusters and head to the Nationals
The Indian High School, Oud Metha campus is thrilled to share the incredible achievements of its Boys’ and Girls’ Tennis Teams at the CBSE Cluster Tennis Championship 2025, hosted at DPS Dubai on 21st and 22nd May 2025. These superlative performances earned them the coveted spot in the CBSE National Championships to be held later in India.
Championship highlights:
Boys Under-19 – Gold Medal (Winners)
Mohammad Durrani (Grade 11 Com E) & Ibrahim Hasan (Grade 12 Sci J). Qualified for CBSE Nationals.
Girls Under-14 – Silver Medal (Runners-up)
Avighna Baruah (Grade 7G), Saiesha Khullar (Grade 7B), Enaya Khatri (Grade 5B). Qualified for CBSE Nationals.
Boys Under-17 – Bronze Medal (Third Place)
Zayd Arif (Grade 9T), Karthik Sandeep Nair (Grade 9N), Vansh Pradeep Singh Shekhawat (Grade 9J), Mokshith Vedant Akkaleni (Grade 8Q).
This spectacular performance is a testament to our students’ commitment to excellence and their passion for the sport. Each match played, every point earned, and every rally fought was a demonstration of talent and training.
